Using pure well water, wild yeasts (some even propagated from our own fruit trees and beehives), local and heirloom grains, hops, and fruits, and house sour cultures, we create, age, blend, and package unique, small-batch beers exhibiting the beautiful wildness of Oregon terroir. Introducing CELLAR SOCIETY EXPEDITIONS: a new venture led by W&P founder Christian DeBenedetti to gather members in small groups for curated tours of important beer destinations like Seattle, Denver, Austin, and Brussels, Belgium. Members will get first-come, first served access to group tickets (with limited numbers to keep a quality experiential vibe). Before opening W&P, Christian traveled the world on a grant researching ancient brewing techniques and later was an award-winning writer for newspapers and magazines like National Geographic, Outside, NYT, GQ, and Food + Wine (plus two best selling books on beer, travel, and food) so expect access, inside info, and generous hospitality. Participants will generally self-arrange travel to and fro; everything else will be included in tour pricing including hotels and all meals and beers. Tour #1 will embark in late Spring 2025! The Details
The original Cellar Society was $350... In 2025’s edition, for the cost of $275, you are guaranteed:
32 Beers per year, split between 8 different brands, per membership.
4x pickups per year starting in Spring 2025.
Each pickup is 4 x 500ml of reserve (usually oak-aged & specialty) bottles AND a 4-pack of 16oz cans
Member cans include top-rated releases like Honeycone IPA, Postman, Crushpad Pils, Nutfarm Chocolate Hazelnut Porter, and 2025-planned can releases such as Instinctive Travels.
15% off all merch at the brewery or online!

The Fine Print:
The club went on sale Tuesday Dec 31th, 2024
Pricing: $275 until Jan 31; $300 from Feb 1 onward.
IMPORTANT: As always, this is for LOCAL PICKUP. If a member lives in the state of Oregon, they must pick up their beer in person. If a member lives out-of-state, that member agrees to work with other local members or with other beer fans they locate in our area to set up proxy shipments. It is illegal for us to ship beer directly to consumers. Someday it might change. We hope so! If you cannot make a private pickup event, you will have up to a generous SIX WEEKS to pick up your beer. After that, we cannot store it or refund it.
Membership to Cellar Society is a privilege not a right, and may be suspended, refunded, or terminated at our discretion.
The price for 2026 Cellar Society may be adjusted based on demand and wait list, but returning members will always be first to have a chance to rejoin!
