In the old wooden barn, time is a guest.
With experience in brewing, winemaking, agriculture, inn keeping, meatpacking, writing books, painting, horticulture, and the ancient art of coopering (building oak barrels), we've been at this as a family for over 50 years, carrying on the work of this area's first non-indigenous settlers, who tilled this fertile land to grow hops, hay, oats, wheat, and plums. In the modern era, wine, filberts, pears, apples, heirloom vegetables, cider, and some really cool art projects have come to life here on historic Springbrook Farm, our family home.
Along the way, we've come to love beer above all.
Using pure well water, wild yeasts (some even propagated from our own fruit trees and beehives), homegrown grains, hops, and fruits, and house sour cultures, we create, age, blend, and bottle unique, small-batch beers exhibiting the beautiful wildness of Oregon terroir.
We are Wolves & People.
Come run with us.
